We may be a fresh independent company, but we are well versed in the kitchen industry. With a combined experience of 15 years in design, project management and exceptional customer service under our belts, we have we have taken the leap to open The Devon Kitchen Company.

Our aim is to design and install beautiful kitchens, which are personal to you and your home. As a independent kitchen designer, we take immense pride in your individual customer experience, we understand how stressful a big project like this can be and as such we have limited ourselves to delivering only 50 kitchens per a year so you have our undivided attention on your dream kitchen being brought to life.

Paul Mills, The founder of The Devon Kitchen Company, recognized a gap in the market for a kitchen company that could provide high-quality products and unmatched services right here in the south west of England. Armed with a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to creating beautiful spaces, he set out to create a team that would deliver on excellence from initial consultation, right through to completion of your project. He is committed to working with local independents for all of our services from our Cornish stone masons to our Exeter run factory, we have carefully selected the best of the best to ensure your kitchen journey.

Our creative director Hannah, started out her career by completing her Interior Design degree at Local Plymouth college of Art, she is extremely design focused and creates not only the perfect bespoke design for your space but considers the entire home. Possessing a keen eye for aesthetics, effortlessly combining colours, textures, and materials to create a harmonious environments. Not only does she excel in designing beautiful kitchens, but also really delves into what you are looking to achieve and remembers the small details, ensuring she meets the unique needs and desires of each client. She listens attentively to her clients requirements, ensuring that every layout and element is tailored to your lifestyle. From conceptualization to execution, Hannah's expertise and passion for her work shine through, making her an invaluable asset to the team.

Alex has been on the journey with us from the very beginning… when ‘The Devon Kitchen Company’ was just an idea talked about over a couple of pints at the pub. As much as we create the design vision for our clients, Alex is the one who turns it into reality…from complete installs to bespoke cabinetry, bench seating and necessary extra works, we’re so fortunate to be able to offer this all round service to our clients! Alex has been installing kitchens for over 20 years, so there really isn’t anything he hasn’t come up against before… although we do push him to the limit with our design ideas! (Sorry Alex) His attention to detail is always at the forefront of every decision made during the fitting process and our clients are always so pleased at the end result!

Alisha

Senior Designer

Kitchen designer Alisha, completed her Interior Design Degree in Plymouth last year…whilst studying she interned with local interior designers to build up her portfolio and gain valuable experience in the industry. Alisha creates beautiful spaces, considering all aspects of the design from initial client consultation to delivery. Creating truly bespoke designs is something that takes enthusiasm, care and consideration, all qualities that Alisha excels at.
